Fish Strips with Mango Salsa


  • ½ cup My Thai Dressing
  • 1cucumber, diced
  • 1 mango, diced
  • 1 small  tin pineapple pieces
  • 2-3 tablespoons mint, chopped
  • 4 fish fillets, cut into strips & floured


Cook rice to serve, Combine cucumber, mango, pineapple, mint & My Thai Dressing for salsa, set aside. Pan fry fish strips until golden & crispy. Serve: Place rice on plate, top with fish & spoon salsa on top.  Enjoy!
