Thai Beef Salad


  • 2 small white onions, diced
  • 400g rump beef steak
  • 2 lebanese cucumbers, chopped
  • 250gms cherry tomatoes
  • 1 large thai chilli, seeded & finely sliced
  • ¼ cup basil leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh coriander leaves
  • ¼ cup fresh Vietnamese mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup My Thai Dressing


Cook steak to your liking. Cover and set aside. Combine salad ingredients &  arrange on serving plates. Slice beef thinly and place on top of salad. Dress with My Thai Dressing. Serves 2-4 Delicious!
