Ingredients
- 2 small white onions, diced
- 400g rump beef steak
- 2 lebanese cucumbers, chopped
- 250gms cherry tomatoes
- 1 large thai chilli, seeded & finely sliced
- ¼ cup basil leaves
- ¼ cup fresh coriander leaves
- ¼ cup fresh Vietnamese mint leaves
- 1/2 cup My Thai Dressing
Method
Cook steak to your liking. Cover and set aside. Combine salad ingredients & arrange on serving plates. Slice beef thinly and place on top of salad. Dress with My Thai Dressing. Serves 2-4 Delicious!
